Reimbursement
Options
Many employers offer partial or full reimbursement for coaching programs as part of professional development or training. In addition, many collective labor agreements (CLAs) include a dedicated budget for personal development. You can easily check these options with your HR department or manager.
If you are experiencing stress or other issues that affect your work, you may also be able to access coaching through a confidential advisor or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Good to know: coaching programs are always confidential, even when your employer covers the cost.
Organizations
For organizations, I offer tailored solutions depending on the scope of the engagement. As a guideline, the hourly rate starts at €200 (excl. VAT).

Coaching
Each quarter, I offer one career coaching and mentoring spot for individuals who face barriers to entering the labor market.
Did you attend special education or practical training, or have you been on unemployment benefits or disability support for an extended period? There are no costs involved, but the program does require commitment.
